Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our orthopaedic clinic team, you will play a vital role in supporting clinicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and oversee clinics, utilizing available resources to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support clinicians in various orthopaedic clinics, including trauma, elective, and spinal outpatient clinics.
  • Responsible for Healthcare Assistants in clinical areas, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure patients receive high-quality care, adhering to the Trust's Values and Behaviors.
Person Specification
  • Registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Diploma/degree in nursing studies or working towards.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in patient care within a healthcare environment.
  • Previous NHS experience within the last 12 months.
  • Previous experience within an Acute setting.
  • Broad clinical knowledge base in orthopaedics.
