Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Registered Nursing Associate. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care to patients on our acute inpatient ward for older adults with organic mental health problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act and evidence-based interventions in this patient group. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the ward team and Registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients

We offer a comprehensive training program and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. You will also receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
