Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Abuse Line Support Worker to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing vital support services to individuals affected by domestic abuse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to calls and messages from clients, providing empathetic support and guidance
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and needs assessments to identify suitable support strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing education and awareness sessions to raise awareness about domestic abuse and its impact

Essential Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of the complex needs of individuals who have experienced domestic violence
  • Proven experience in providing support to vulnerable people in high-stress environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
