Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to children with complex health needs in their family homes.
As a Children's Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. You will work closely with our Paediatric Team to provide specialist training and ongoing support, ensuring that you have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with complex health needs in their family homes
- Provide personal care, including moving and handling, and medication administration
- Enable children to participate in day-to-day activities, such as going to the park, swimming, and scouts clubs
- Work collaboratively with our Paediatric Team to provide specialist training and ongoing support
