Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team based in Stoke, Staffordshire. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients' customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Skills: Previous experience in administration, including managing group mailboxes, processing orders, and updating systems efficiently.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Proven track record in customer service or call handling roles, adept at addressing customer inquiries and providing order support over the phone.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and databases are kept up to date.
