Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMW Sales Executive to join our successful team at Vines Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively engage with potential buyers.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets by showcasing and promoting BMW vehicles, highlighting the brand's distinct qualities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their buying journey.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations across various platforms to highlight the luxury, performance, and innovation of BMW vehicles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest automotive trends and BMW technologies, ensuring customers receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on digital leads to convert them into successful sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive sales.
  • Skills: Tenacious and target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Presentation: A natural ability to engage, charm, and build rapport with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for BMW and the luxury car market.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
