About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services to young people in accordance with our organization's aims and objectives.
  • Assist the management team in providing guidance, support, and protection for young people, while cooperating fully with colleagues.
  • Carry out practical tasks outlined on individual job lists, including record-keeping and administration.
  • Ensure the highest possible standards of care and safety for young people, reporting any concerns to line management.
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training as required by the organization.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
  • Experience working in health and social care is advantageous, but not necessary as full training and induction are offered.
  • Ability to commute to Telford.
