Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing household chores
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced management team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered

Requirements

  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
  • Must be willing to work between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift)
