This is an excellent opportunity for a Therapeutic Residential Support Worker to join our home in Telford, rated Good in all areas with OFSTED. Our home has an excellent reputation with the local authorities, and we cater to children with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviours.

Many of the children we support are non-verbal or have limited communication, using methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices, and Makaton. Our teams are fully committed to our goals and understand the challenges and rewards of working with our young people.

As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, you'll embark on a rewarding journey, providing essential support to children with special needs. Your mission is to champion their unique abilities, nurture their potential, and create an environment where every day is filled with smiles and achievements.

**Essential Requirements**

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (preferred)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People (or equivalent) (preferred but not essential)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, weekends)
