We are a healthcare promotional communications agency dedicated to developing strategic marketing and brand building programmes for a wide range of healthcare brands.

Our team provides strategic consultancy and communications support in the areas of medical devices, equipment, nutrition, veterinary medicine, and general healthcare marketing-related challenges.

We produce multi-channel programmes to reach a diverse range of healthcare professionals, their patients, and support networks.

Our customer-centric approach involves understanding client needs and wants to develop effective strategies driving behaviour change.

All big ideas start with strategy and are media-neutral. Truly big ideas can be behaviour changing and game changing.

We view digital as the foundation of our thinking and brand stewardship – crafting digital strategy outwards from customer behaviours, wants, and needs, which delivers true effectiveness for clients.

Account Direction:
  • Shape the long-term strategic direction of accounts and ensure current activities provide future opportunities.
  • Contribute to brainstorms and aid development of strategic and creative directions.
  • Ensure programme strategy reflects or takes account of new issues or changes in the external environment.
  • Maintain a strategic overview of accounts and proactively advise clients on new issues or the external environment.
  • Negotiate and establish financial arrangements with clients.
People Management:
  • Lead and motivate supervised staff to assume responsibility/accountability appropriate to their position.
  • Take on line management responsibilities including conducting appraisal interviews and monitoring of appraisal objectives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £72,000 per annum depending on experience.
