  • Daily management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the accommodation building, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Tenant support: Collaborate with the Facilities Team to handle tenant inquiries and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Fiscal administration: Work with the General Manager to manage financial procedures, including debt recovery and expense tracking.
  • Document management: Assist in preparing verification documents for students, maintaining accurate records and reports.
