Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Care Bristol East. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional and mental wellbeing.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, using your own reliable form of transportation and full driving licence.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, promoting their dignity and autonomy.
Requirements:
  • A great timekeeper and organiser, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and caring, with a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Able to work alternate weekends, with flexibility to accommodate changing client needs.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
