**Job Summary**
We are currently looking for Carers at Field House in Horfield. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and privacy are respected, and participating in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver high-quality personal care to our residents
* Ensure every individual within the home has a personalized and meaningful experience of life
* Participate in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff
* Maintain the dignity and privacy of residents and respect their individual needs
* Assist with serving meals and drinks
* Assist with other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home
* Attend and participate in orientation, mandatory, and other training as required
**Requirements**
* We are looking for experienced Care Assistants as well as motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to start a career in care
* We offer NVQ Health and Social Care level 2 training for other care staff

**What We Offer**
As an employee (21 years +) new to care, working alternate weekends, you can expect a starting rate of £12.10 per hour. You will also receive 10% additional pay at weekends and 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.
