Job Description:

Noticed is a rapidly growing marketing agency seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for top B2B brands, requiring strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and exceeding expectations.
  • To collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
  • To conduct thorough market research, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • To present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • To contribute to the development of our marketing playbook, identifying best practices and innovative approaches.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles, particularly in the B2B sector.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for storytelling and marketing, with a focus on driving business growth.
