## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Buy to Let Mortgage Specialist to lead and shape our Buy to Let offering within the firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging and providing the most appropriate debt funding for clients, liaising with and expanding our panel of lenders, and maintaining expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape and trends.

## Key Responsibilities

* Arrange and provide debt funding for clients
* Liaise with and expand our panel of lenders
* Assist case managers to aid case progression
* Maintain expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape and trends
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM system
* Analyze performance and present findings internally to improve operations and marketing

## Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and numerate individual with 2+ years' experience of brokering and structuring Buy to Let deals. CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be an advantage. You should have a solid understanding of structuring property finance, great verbal and written communication skills, and be articulate, numerate, and confident.
