We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mortgage Consultant to focus on both residential and buy-to-let mortgage solutions.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the mortgage application journey, offering expert guidance, and securing optimal mortgage arrangements tailored to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients' financial circumstances and deliver tailored mortgage recommendations for both buy-to-let and residential properties.
- Investigate and compare mortgage offerings from various lenders to identify the most appropriate options for clients.
- Support clients in completing mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the mortgage process to ensure seamless transactions.
- Keep abreast of current market trends, regulations, and lending criteria impacting buy-to-let and residential mortgages.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and advice as necessary.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Consultant, with expertise in both buy-to-let and residential mortgage products.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CeMAP) are mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of mortgage products, lender requirements, and the application process.
