Job Description:

Horsham District Council seeks a skilled Property Finance Administrator to join its Property and Facilities team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including processing invoices, preparing purchase orders, and analyzing aged debt. You will also provide liaison with suppliers, debtors, and finance teams, and conduct expenditure analysis to support surveyors' decisions.

A key aspect of this role is monitoring budget variances on a monthly basis and preparing annual budgets.

About Our Salary:

The salary for this position is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
