About the Position:

As a Property Finance Administrator at Horsham District Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property and Facilities team with the administration of property-related financial activities.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices for payment, preparing purchase orders, analyzing aged debt, and providing liaison with suppliers, debtors, and finance. You will also be responsible for conducting expenditure analysis to support surveyors' decisions and monitoring budget variances on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to learn new IT systems. Experience in finance and bookkeeping is required.

About Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' (207.2 hours) annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata), flexible/hybrid working options, and access to an online platform offering discounts from online retailers.
