SEN Tutor Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional SEN Tutor to join our team at Remedy Education. As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting SEN children to reach their full potential.
Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality learning support to SEN children in a primary setting, helping them to build confidence and achieve academic progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a smooth transition into mainstream education.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UK as a SEN Tutor or similar role.
- Hold a PGCE or QTS qualification.
- Prior experience working with SEN children in a primary setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Core Primary Series curriculum.
