Collections Manager Job Overview


WeFlex Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Collections Manager to lead our collections team in delivering world-class customer experience and driving timely collections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategies to optimize collections and reduce delinquency rates.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of collections agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to drive results.
  • Collections Strategies: Develop and implement collections strategies to improve customer collections and reduce delinquency rates, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive results and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to identify and resolve customer issues and escalations, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Operational Reporting: Create and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience and optimize collections processes.

Requirements:



  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully managing collections teams and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of collections strategies and best practices, including regulatory and legislative requirements in collections, such as FCA, TCF, AML, GDPR & PCI guidelines.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members, and analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret operational metrics and data.
  • Tools: Proficient in using MS Office (including Excel) and CRM software, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
