About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Electronics Development Specialist to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems used across a variety of cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Perform testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and implementation phases.
• Document design processes, test results, and provide technical support where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in project planning and provide input on electronic design aspects.
• Assist with prototyping, assembly, and testing of electronic hardware.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic design and development.
• Proficiency with CAD software for PCB design (e.g., Altium, Eagle).
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and power electronics.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the energy, oil & gas, or renewable sectors. Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, etc.). Familiarity with FPGAs, VHDL/Verilog programming. Understanding of signal processing and communication protocols.
