Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Boston Incubation Center. As a key member of our medical device development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for cutting-edge medical products.

About the Role

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes for medical devices, ensuring robustness, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and transfer products to commercial manufacturing.
  • Lead risk assessments, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, including 3+ years in new product development and design transfer.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with assemblies containing multiple parts.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
