Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity

AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm in Essex to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their Tier 1, Legal 500 team in Chelmsford.

Your caseload will consist of a mix between commercial and civil litigation, with support and guidance from senior members of the team. You'll have opportunities to progress towards Associate level and be encouraged to get involved with networking and business development activities to build your own client base.

You'll have the flexibility to work up to 3 days a week from home, demonstrating the firm's ability to work flexibly. A competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and private healthcare, will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial and civil litigation cases
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to receive guidance and support
  • Develop your skills and experience to progress towards Associate level
  • Contribute to business development activities to build your client base
