Job Summary

Origin Legal is seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Dispute Resolution Manager to lead and grow our highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on all types of professional and commercial disputes, as well as private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of dispute resolution lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality advice to clients.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and private client dispute resolution matters, including property, contracts, negligence, shareholders, insolvency, partners, and directors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Dispute Resolution Team, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams within Origin Legal to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations, and ensure that the team is aware of any relevant developments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of handling complex disputes.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of lawyers, with a focus on delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
