Commercial Litigation Opportunity at Reed

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join our team as a Commercial Litigation Specialist. If you have a strong academic background and 3-5 plus PQE in commercial dispute resolution, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Commercial Litigation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial litigation cases, including those related to insolvency and security over business and property assets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert advice on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and property-related litigation.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years PQE in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of commercial and property-related litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • A strong academic background, with a good understanding of commercial litigation principles and practices.
