Sales and Events Professional

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Events Professional to join our team at Lucy Walker Recruitment. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, researching new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  3. Utilize a consultative approach to sell events and conferences to clients.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients through our CRM system.
  5. Achieve sales targets and KPIs to earn a competitive commission structure.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in events or sales is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and professional demeanor.
  • A strong drive to achieve results.
  • A hard-working and determined attitude.

Benefits:

  • A salary of £24,000 - £27,000 basic + 6-8k commission (uncapped).
