Job Summary
The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will play a critical role in driving the success of Cook Medical's Vascular portfolio by providing exceptional clinical support and education to healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of the product portfolio and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Vascular product portfolio and related devices.
- Provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals, including case planning and execution, product training, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Cook support functions to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
- Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in clinical support and knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and provide technical product training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
- Proven problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and excellent networking skills.
- Current driving license and willingness to travel extensively on company business.
