Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will play a critical role in driving the success of Cook Medical's Vascular portfolio by providing exceptional clinical support and education to healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of the product portfolio and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Vascular product portfolio and related devices.
  • Provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals, including case planning and execution, product training, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and Cook support functions to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
  • Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in clinical support and knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and provide technical product training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and excellent networking skills.
  • Current driving license and willingness to travel extensively on company business.
