Overview

As a Product Manager, Global, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Innovation, Global, and will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and growth within the Product Innovation team. Your contributions will be instrumental in accelerating the introduction of innovative products to market in a more efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product management and enablement process from concept to launch, focusing on market research, customer feedback, and product requirements for the EMEA region
  • Manage the development, launch, and communication of products, enhancements, features, and functionality across global markets, with a specific emphasis on EMEA
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and align product roadmap with company objectives
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful integration of new products and processes
  • Participate in product idea presentations to executives and product development team members, advocating for strategies and ensuring alignment and support

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience
  • 5+ years of product management and development experience
  • Proficiency in change management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional networks, deliver presentations, and negotiate effectively
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in data center design, construction, and delivery is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic organization with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities effectively
  • PMP certification is optional
  • International travel required up to 10%
