Practical and Emotional Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our service provides 24/7 support to individuals with mental health needs across 17 houses in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing a high level of customer care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users. They will also be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service users.
