Job SummaryWe seek a committed individual to join our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway in Cambridgeshire. As a Charity Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals living in our services, helping them build confidence to live independently.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with an expanding, dynamic organisation providing excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. You will be part of a close-knit team working closely with mental health professionals to ensure successful outcomes for our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals living in our services.
- Work collaboratively with mental health professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
- Promote independence and confidence among service users.
