Salary Package

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £55,000 per year, based on 40 hours. Key Responsibilities

This exciting role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including building and managing a skilled team, ensuring financial management and compliance, maintaining direct reports and meeting statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations, implementing effective policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
