Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Procurement Heads. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for managing Group wide procurement processes, supplier due diligence, and performance oversight.

About the Role

  • Maintaining Contractual Records

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of procurement contracts for the Group, maintaining and updating contractual records for all live contracts.

Commercial Insight and Support

Provide commercial insight and support on contract tenders or renegotiations to ensure the Group achieves value for money and attains cost savings where possible.

Supplier Oversight

Own the 3rd party oversight framework and consult with relevant business owners to ensure appropriate initial and ongoing due diligence is performed on our suppliers and that they continue to perform in line with their contractual obligations.

Regulatory Compliance

Work closely with the Legal and Risk & Compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, Data Protection, SYSC) are met and maintained and impact assessments are performed.

Contract Review

Ensure all contracts of material importance undergo appropriate legal review before conclusion.

Requirements

  • Experience

Previous experience of relevant procurement and contract management systems and processes; ideally within the Financial Services, or similarly regulated environments.

Commercial Awareness

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financials.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Workload Management

Ability to manage workload to meet expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Initiative and Autonomy

Demonstrable experience working to your own initiative and being a self-starter.
