Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to join our team and develop a Group wide role within a leading Fintech company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of Group wide procurement processes, supplier due diligence, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain complete procurement contracts for the Group
  • Update and improve contractual records for all live contracts
  • Provide commercial insight and support on contract tenders or renegotiations to ensure the Group achieves value for money and cost savings
  • Own the 3rd party oversight framework and consult with relevant business owners to ensure appropriate initial and ongoing due diligence is performed on suppliers
  • Work closely with the Legal and Risk & Compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met and maintained
  • Ensure all contracts of material importance undergo appropriate legal review before conclusion
Requirements
  • Previous experience of relevant procurement and contract management systems and processes; ideally within the Financial Services or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financials
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage workload to meet expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience working to your own initiative and being a self-starter
