Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Procurement Heads. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive value and efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and contract management, with experience in managing complex procurement processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Contract Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from procurement to contract close-out, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Procurement Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including procurement team members, business leaders, and external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with procurement software and systems.
