Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas and Water Compliance Specialist to join our team at ATTB - The Big Jobsite. As a key member of our heating maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas safety and compliance, with experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining gas appliances. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining gas appliances in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and guidance.
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of modern and traditional boilers, as well as central heating systems.
  • Power flushing of heating systems.
  • Ensuring the security and correct operation of plant and equipment supplied.
  • Completing certification and documentation accurately and in accordance with Data Protection and Information Security regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in gas safety and compliance.
  • ACS qualifications, including CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1.
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
