About the Job

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the delivery and maintenance of the UK's first 'at scale' Gigafactory, driving cutting-edge manufacturing processes and ensuring facility performance excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the core project team to deliver the Gigafactory project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is designed, integrated, and implemented safely and efficiently, with maximum uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive facility performance improvement and optimize equipment usage.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing complex technical projects and personnel.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
