Job Summary:

Manage the generation of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the payroll processing team to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for payroll operations.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and laws.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
