As a Payroll Supervisor at The Children's Trust, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional services to children and young people with brain injury and neurodisability. Your role will involve working closely with the Payroll Manager and Finance Department to ensure the smooth operation of our payroll processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Payroll Manager with the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Assisting with year-end payroll tasks, including PSA and P11D calculations and submissions.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll systems by performing data cleansing and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to and resolving payroll-related queries promptly.
  • Supporting the Payroll Manager during absences and contributing to critical payroll cycles and projects.
