Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Planner to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Major Equipment Procurement (MEP) business, you will play a significant role in the development of our Supplier Planning activities, aligning us to the Oliver Wight Class A standards.
About the Role:
- Work in an MRP Planning background with experience in working with a large ERP system, ideally SAP.
- Goal-oriented with strong cultural awareness, excellent team working capabilities, and experience of liaising with suppliers and Purchase Orders.
- Results-oriented with strong cultural awareness, excellent team working capabilities, and able to drive key decisions through the supply base.
- Experience of working with suppliers and scheduled orders/POs, with an ability to negotiate to meet deadlines.
- Collaborator management, ability to have a full picture view, and work cross-functionally.
- Continuous improvements mindset, problem-solving skills, and experience of working with/implementation of Air Supply would be a distinct advantage.
- CPIM or prepared to work towards it.

- Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year).
