About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at BT Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Offer coaching and guidance to team members to help them resolve complex technical issues.
  • Performance and Development: Achieve personal key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives while taking ownership of personal development to continually improve skills and enhance performance.
Essential Skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business operations environment.
  • Ability to analyze incident and fault journeys.
  • Strong customer and service obsession, with a focus on resolving customer issues.
  • Continuous Improvement ethos, with experience leading a team that values CI.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations and ability to articulate this to various audience levels.

Flexible Working

This role offers a 3-day on-site, 2-day flexible working model. You will be required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week, with 2 flexible days per week.
