Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our business define better stories and work closely with stakeholders to deliver valuable working software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your knowledge of CRM to help the business define better business requirements.
  • Work with senior stakeholders at all levels of the business, including Directors, to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Improve your business acumen as you interact with many parts of the business, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Focus on solving complex business problems through innovation and careful thought.
  • Work closely with Developers and QA on delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Help stakeholders break down work into manageable tasks through business process mapping.
  • Work with business intelligence tools, such as JIRA, to track and manage business requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of our business technology platform.
  • Be involved in the delivery of multiple business projects to various business streams.
  • Gain extensive experience working with different business products and services.
  • Own and enhance current business analyst processes with the Head of Software.
  • Groom the business backlog and ensure the work is coming into the teams in the right format.
  • Produce reports on business findings and present to senior stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience gathering business requirements and defining development work items is required.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst is desirable.
  • Experience of business process mapping and breaking down work into smaller pieces of work that can deliver business value quickly.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or related subject, or significant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
  • T-SQL experience highly desirable.
