Arboriculture Team Leader

Liberty is seeking an experienced Arboriculture Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of arborists to deliver high-quality arboriculture services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of arborists to ensure the delivery of excellent arboriculture services
  • Develop and implement arboriculture maintenance schedules and seasonal plans
  • Supervise and coordinate arboriculture works to ensure healthy and safe tree stock
  • Collaborate with the Grounds Maintenance Team to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Relevant NPTC qualifications and experience in arboriculture
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
  • Knowledge of British Standard 3998:2010 Treework and LOLER regulations
