Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Arborist Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team at Liberty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional arboriculture services and leading a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of arborists in undertaking all arboriculture maintenance work, adhering to good arboriculture practice and schedules.
  • Oversee the general maintenance of tree stocks and ensure healthy and safe tree stock.
  • Collaborate with the arboriculture team, agency works, and apprentices to provide a comprehensive arboriculture service.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out with full regard to our Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, and Customer Service and Performance Policies.
Requirements
  • Relevant NPTC qualifications and experience in arboriculture.
  • Driving license.
