Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

Award-winning contractor Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to oversee various projects across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track KPIs to enhance HSEQ performance and maintain top-notch standards.
  • Lead audits and implement robust processes to ensure compliance with HSEQ legislation.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes and adapt quickly to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Investigate accidents, identify causes, and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
  • Partner with HR to champion health-related matters and support health initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote a safe and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certificate in construction.
  • A full UK driver's license.
  • CSCS card.
