Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to vulnerable patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Monitor and record patient behavior, using behavior charts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist and support the registered nurse, under supervision, with the delivery of direct patient care, prioritizing the needs of the patient at all times.
- Contribute to the improvement of the patient experience, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Numeracy, spoken and written English, to an appropriate standard to fulfill the job requirements.
- Registered Nurse with NMC Pin.
- Nursing Degree.
Desirable qualifications include placements in Trauma, Orthopaedics, and Neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, care for, and escalate deteriorating patients. Basic IT skills and knowledge of quality, standard setting, and audit are also essential.
