SEN Support Assistant - Complex Needs

Parker Smith Inclusion is working with an Outstanding special school in the London Borough of Kingston that caters for children with complex needs.

The school is looking for a SEN Support Assistant who has the ambition to help promote equality of opportunity by maximising access and supporting every young person to develop independence and advocacy skills, self-esteem, confidence, and respect for others.

  • The school provides the upmost support for the needs and wellbeing of their pupils.
  • Working hours of 8:30 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri Terms time only.
  • The school works closely with a team of SEN Teaching Assistants, speech, and language therapists.
  • Wide range of training and support for all staff members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with complex SEN needs.
  • Assist with personal care and daily activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
