Special Educational Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-regarded primary school in the London Borough of Ealing.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a variety of special educational needs, helping to create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Support children with SEN in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Help implement behaviour management strategies.
Salary: £480-£550 per week

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and able to work effectively with students who require additional support.
