**Join Our Team as a Special Educational Needs Assistant**

 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our team in Seaford, East Sussex. As a valued member of our SEN support team, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in both one-on-one and group settings, ensuring individual learning plans are followed.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of SEN students, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the development of social and communication skills, helping students to interact positively with peers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, providing regular feedback to teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents.

 

What We Offer:

A competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from £85,000 to £130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Seaford, East Sussex, and the salary estimate is derived from local market data and job requirements.
