Sales Performance Executive

DCS Group Ltd is expanding its Sales division, and we seek highly driven Sales Performance Executives to contribute significantly to our continued growth.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be accountable for evaluating client needs, managing relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing technical guidance, driving productivity enhancements, maintaining comprehensive records, coordinating training sessions, enforcing policies and procedures, advancing brand loyalty, enhancing customer satisfaction ratings, establishing rigorous metrics.
Key requirements:
- Familiarity with professional sales software and CRM platforms
- Skilled use of MS Excel for data analysis
- Fluency in spoken and written English language; proficiency in multiple languages preferred
- Ambitious mindset with ability to rapidly adapt to changes in market dynamics and consumer trends
Earn an attractive annual salary between £65,000 and £90,000.
