Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement technology and cyber privacy compliance strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate technology and cyber privacy impact assessments and reviews.
  3. Identify and assess technology and cyber privacy risk remediation programs.
  4. Evaluate vendors and solutions from a data privacy perspective.
  5. Support the Group Legal team with annual Record of Processing Activities (ROPAs).
  6. Assess audit clauses, sub-processors, processing activities, and transfer impact assessments in supplier Data Protection Agreements (DPAs).
  7. Track and report on data mapping of personal data at an application level.
  8. Develop and drive privacy-related initiatives for IT and Cyber as they relate to new privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  1. University graduate in Data Privacy, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or Cyber Security.
  2. Strong knowledge of IT and Privacy related frameworks and standards.
  3. Ability to weigh business risk and provide guidance on technical controls.

Experience:

  1. 8-10+ years of experience in IT privacy management, consulting, or record management type engagements.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
